Fresh Company operates the in-house food service at Garrison Institute, a beautiful 77,000-square-foot former Capuchin monastery located in Garrison, New York.

At the Institute, we serve three meals a day for the hundreds of people, teachers, scientists, health-care workers, activists, writers and the general public who come for programs and retreats. These meals are often (though not exclusively) vegetarian, and incorporate organic, seasonal, and local ingredients.
